Leak testing packaging.
Leak Control Benelux, together with Linde Gas Benelux, has developed a solution to check packaging 100% inline for leaks. The Mapax LD leak detection machine.
The (food) packaging is checked safely and quickly for micro-leaks in the production line. If a package does not meet the pre-set leakage value, it will be ejected. The fully automatic leak testing machine is placed between the production line so that minimal space is required. Belt speeds of 30 to 60 per minute are possible.
