The company Kropman Installatietechniek asks Leak Control Benelux to detect a leak in a site pipeline (water) at Kentalsi in Amsterdam.
Terrain pipe was emptied in the morning and then filled with Forming gas up to 5 bar. 3 hours later, Leak Control Benelux found the leak within 2 minutes with the special Inficon H9012 leak detection equipment (Inficon 8612 xrs with soil probe 30 and drag mat). The pipe was about 1,2m deep. In the end, digging a (working) hole of 3×2 meters was sufficient.
