Machine builder Maweton from 's-Heerenberg has developed this fully automatic leak test machine for the company Promens from Zevenaar.
Leak test machine AdBlue tanks
The plastic AdBlue tanks produced by Promens are automatically filled with the trace gas (leakage gas) Forming gas. This gas mixture is 100% safe and environmentally friendly.
The small component H2 is the detection gas. The weld seams are scanned fully automatically by the special Sensistor H65 H2 probe supplied by Leak Control Benelux. Micro leaks are easily and quickly detected and passed on to the Inficon ISH2000P leak detector.

In case of rejection, the leakage is registered and the tank is taken to the repair department.
