Leak tester ILS500 Inficon / Sensistor

Are you planning to drastically reduce your production leaks, but concerned about setting up a professional leak detection department? No problem ! The Sensistor ILS500 Automatic Leak Testing Machine offers you the optimal solution.

The ILS500 consists of two units. The Sensistor ISH2000 and the control trace gas (forming gas) filling unit. The procedure is set according to the customer via the touch screen.

How does it work:

1. The test object is first (additionally) evacuated and can optionally be combined with a differential pressure test to detect major leaks.
2. The test object is now filled with trace gas (forming gas) to the set pressure. Here too, a pressure test can be set up to detect major leaks.
3. The leak test in a test chamber starts. Air from the test chamber is drawn in and analysed. Sample times are adjustable according to your quality specifications.
4. If a leak has been detected, a manual test can optionally be performed to make the leak location visible. (Hand probe P 50)
5. End of leak test. The test object is now evacuated.
