2003
Leak detection specialist Leak Control Benelux has been active in the Benelux region since 2003 as a supplier of Sensistor leak detection equipment, initially operating under the name Sensistor Technologies.
The Swedish Sensistor Technologies is a manufacturer and also a pioneer of the now well-known and proven hydrogen leak detection technology. (Also known as leak detection with forming gas)
We initially introduced this unique leak detection method with the associated equipment to large concerns in the (petro) chemical and heavy industry. We also found our way in the hydrogen industry because our Sensistor equipment selectively detects hydrogen and can be used there immediately.
2007
Since 2007 we are an official importer of the H2scan (inline) hydrogen detectors. These selective H2 detectors can be used inline and as room surveillance.
Our high-quality Sensistor leak testers are now also used in the process industry as a final check in the production process, but the majority of leak detection companies have also found their way to us.
Due to our specialism and experience, we also provide industrial leak tests / H2 monitoring and we provide advice in leak detection and H2 detection.
2008
TechnoPartner Award 2008
In 2008, we received the Technostarters Award from the Ministry of Economic Affairs. After years of research, we brought about a revolution in the 100% inline leak testing of (food) packaging. You can find more about this on our projects page.
2012
In mid-2012, we became an official Inficon dealer for leak detection equipment, and we also have specific refrigerant leak detectors in our product range.
2015
Since 2015, our activities have expanded to include natural gas detection. The introduction of the unique Inficon IRwin is a breakthrough in above-ground leak detection. Here too, in addition to supplying products, we can also detect or inspect natural gas leaks for you.
We use our knowledge and experience to ensure that you, as a customer, can obtain the most up-to-date hydrogen (leak) detection equipment.
2022
We have entered into an intensive collaboration with our partner LTT Europe . LTT Europe specializes in leak testing using pressure drop measurement and also supplies various seals, micron leaks, and quick couplings. The strength of this partnership lies in our ability to offer a complete package to our customers. This involves the integration of pressure drop measurement combined with forming gas as a tracer gas for locating the leak in a single package.
2023
As of January 1, 2023, Leak Control Benelux has moved to the sustainable Kopgebouw in Dordrecht. The Kopgebouw , actually located at the entrance of the Leerpark, is the landmark for an innovative place in the Drechtsteden where education and innovative companies come together.
